VIDEO: Sandalwood Drive Luminarias (An El Centro Christmas Tradition)

The lighting of the luminarias on Sandalwood Drive in El Centro each Dec. 23 and 24 has been a Christmas tradition for decades. It’s been said it was started by Calexico native and former Calexico Chronicle staffer Anna Terrazas, who passed away in June.
